Pictures video and audio can be added to both questions and options.

Media are added to survey questions and options after the survey has been uploaded to the server. The first step is to select “View/Edit” for the survey.

The next page will show the forms in the survey. Note: each repeating group is a separate form.  Select the form you want which will show the questions in that form. Optionally you can then select a question to show the options.  You can now add pictures and / or audio and video to each of the questions or options.

The next time you download a survey to your phone the media files will also be downloaded and will be shown with the question or options.
